Calling all young talents! The Krishna Premi Contest for ages 8–12 invites kids to celebrate the devotion and divinity of Lord Krishna through creative and expressive arts. Let your child showcase their unique connection to Krishna through this exciting event!
Contest Categories
Fancy Dress
- Theme: Krishna Premi
- How to Participate: Dress up as a character or moment from Krishna Premi and submit a picture.
- Image Size: Up to 2 MB
Drawing / Painting
- Topic: Krishna Premi
- How to Participate: Create an original drawing or painting inspired by Krishna Premi on an A4 sheet and upload a scanned image.
Essay Writing
- Topic: Krishna Premi
- Word Limit: 200 words
- How to Participate: Write an essay that reflects your thoughts on Krishna Premi. Submit the essay in a PDF or Word format.
Singing
- Topic: Andal Pasuram / Meera Bhajan
- How to Participate: Sing an Andal Pasuram or a Meera Bhajan and submit a video recording.
- Video Specifications:
- File size: Up to 5 MB
- Time limit: 2 minutes
Submission Guidelines
- Submission Format: Ensure your entries meet the specified format (image, video, PDF, or Word) and size requirements.
- File Naming: Include your child’s name and the contest category in the file name (e.g., Lakshmi_Drawing.jpg).
- Deadline: Submit your entries by 31st December 2024. Late entries will not be considered.
Judging Criteria
Submissions will be judged based on:
- Creativity and Originality: Unique ideas and presentation.
- Relevance to Theme: How well the entry captures Krishna Premi.
- Skill and Execution: Effort, quality, and attention to detail.
Prizes
Exciting prizes will be awarded to winners in each category.
- Winners will be announced on 14th January 2025
- All participants will receive a certificate of appreciation to honor their efforts.
