The thin line between fantasy and history has gotten thinner through this wonderful explosive writing by Jayaraman Raghunathan.
A self-confessed fanatic of writing of the Legend "Sujatha JR" forays into the history, taking cues and hues from "Kalki" in giving the viewers a highly innovative travel back in time. The temples of South India, the inscriptions and carvings hold a great deal of information and have always have been reflecting the rich cultural heritage of our state; virtually being a treasure hove. Just a more than casual onlooking will transport us to a not so documented era of great civilizations.
One such incident that sparks from the carvings in the gopurams in one of the greatest landmarks of South India - the Big Temple at Tanjore, built by the greatest of the chola kings Raja Raja Chola - forms the basis of this story.
